Gold Number Sale Terms & Conditions
1. Promotional Offer
The Gold Number Sale (“Offer”) is a promotional offer provided by cloudnumbering Limited (“cloudnumbering”). The Offer is available only to eligible customers and is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2. New Customers Only
The Offer is available only to customers purchasing Gold Numbers from cloudnumbering for the first time.
For the purposes of this Offer, a “new customer” means a customer who has not previously purchased, rented, held or been allocated a Gold Number from cloudnumbering.
cloudnumbering reserves the right to determine whether a customer qualifies as a new customer. Where cloudnumbering reasonably believes that a customer, business, group of companies or associated entity has previously purchased or held a Gold Number, cloudnumbering may refuse the promotional price or require the customer to pay the applicable standard price.
3. One Offer Per Customer
The Offer is limited to one promotional purchase per customer. cloudnumbering may treat customers that are connected, associated or under common ownership or control as a single customer for the purposes of this Offer.
4. Offer Discounts and Pricing
The Offer gives a percentage discount off the standard price of each Gold Number purchased in a single promotional order. The discount depends on the total number of Gold Numbers in that order:
2 to 4 Gold Numbers – 25% off
5 to 9 Gold Numbers – 40% off
10 or more Gold Numbers – 60% off
The Offer applies only to orders of two or more Gold Numbers. The discount applies to each Gold Number in the order, whichever Gold Numbers the customer selects, and is calculated on the standard price of that Gold Number at the time of the order. A single order is one promotional purchase for the purposes of clause 3.
Any prices shown by cloudnumbering as examples are for illustration only and do not set the standard price of any Gold Number. For example, on a Gold Number with a standard price of £400, the promotional price is £300 for an order of 2 to 4 Gold Numbers, £240 for an order of 5 to 9, and £160 for an order of 10 or more.
All prices are subject to applicable VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Limited Availability
The Offer is available while stocks last and is subject to the availability of qualifying Gold Numbers. The Offer does not guarantee that any particular Gold Number, number range, prefix or specific number requested by a customer will be available.
6. Right to Withdraw or Amend the Offer
cloudnumbering reserves the absolute right to withdraw, suspend, amend or replace the Offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to any applicable laws and any orders that cloudnumbering has already expressly accepted.
Any withdrawal or amendment will not affect purchases that have already been accepted by cloudnumbering, unless otherwise permitted by law.
7. Offer Period
The Offer is available for a limited period only. cloudnumbering may end the Offer at any time and is under no obligation to extend the promotional period.
8. Acceptance of Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by cloudnumbering. Display of the Offer or promotional pricing does not constitute an obligation on cloudnumbering to accept an order.
cloudnumbering reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where it reasonably believes that the Offer has been used fraudulently, improperly, contrary to these Terms and Conditions, or where the customer does not meet the eligibility requirements.
9. No Cash Alternative
The Offer has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other promotional benefit.
10. Transfer and Resale
The promotional pricing is intended for the eligible customer purchasing the Gold Numbers and may not be transferred, assigned or resold for the purpose of obtaining a commercial benefit from the promotion, unless agreed in writing by cloudnumbering.
11. Fair Use and Abuse
cloudnumbering reserves the right to refuse or withdraw promotional pricing where it reasonably considers that a customer has attempted to circumvent the eligibility requirements, including by creating multiple accounts, using associated businesses or entities, splitting purchases, or otherwise attempting to obtain the Offer more than once.
12. Existing Customers
Existing cloudnumbering customers who have previously purchased, rented, held or been allocated Gold Numbers are not eligible for the Offer unless cloudnumbering expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
13. Standard Pricing
Following the expiry or withdrawal of the Offer, Gold Numbers will be supplied at cloudnumbering’s then-current standard pricing unless a different price has been expressly agreed in writing.
14. Number Allocation
Gold Numbers are subject to availability and allocation by cloudnumbering. Payment for a promotional order does not create an entitlement to a particular Gold Number unless that number has been expressly confirmed as allocated by cloudnumbering.
15. General
cloudnumbering reserves the right to correct any typographical, pricing or promotional error relating to the Offer.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to cloudnumbering’s standard customer terms and conditions, which continue to apply to the purchase and use of the Gold Numbers.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with the Offer shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or protections applicable to the customer.
