MWC Promotion Full Terms

1. Promoter
This promotion is offered by cloudnumbering Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of the United Kingdom,, whose company number is 15870032 and whose registered office is at 8 North Bar Street, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX16 0TB, UK and who trades as cloudnumbering; (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”)

2. Promotion Overview
The Company is offering a limited-time promotional code “MWC26” (the “Promotion”) providing promotional account credit to eligible new customers, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Eligibility

• Available exclusively to new customers who register a new account during the Validity Period.

• A “new customer” has not previously registered for, held, or used an account or services with cloudnumbering Limited under the same or substantially similar contact details, payment method, business entity, or IP address.

• Promotion strictly for business customers (registered companies) only.

• Company verification may be required (company number, VAT number (if Applicable), or business email).

• One account per company; multiple accounts or fraudulent setups will void promotion.

• Company reserves sole discretion to determine eligibility.

4. Promotional Credit Structure

1. £10 Testing Credit

4.1.1 Use code MWC26 after signing up to receive £10 promotional account credit.

1. Must be claimed within the Validity Period.

2. Must be used within 90 days from credit applied, after which any unused balance will expire.

3. Non-transferable, non-withdrawable, no cash value, and may only be used on eligible services.

2. 10% Top-Up Bonus Credit

3. Applied automatically to qualifying top-ups between £100 and £50,000 (excludes VAT and fees).

4. Bonus credit calculated based on standard advertised pricing at: https://cloudnumbering.com/pricing

5. Must be used within 90 days from credit applied; unused bonus credit expires automatically.

6. Examples:
   Customer £100 top-up + £10 extra credit = £110 account balance
   Customer £50,000 top-up + £5,000 extra credit = £55,000 account balance
   
   

5. Validity Period

1. Promotion valid for 60 calendar days from launch on 00.01 AM 2nd March 2026 until 11:59 PM (GMT/BST) on 30th April 2026.

2. Credits applied during this period remain subject to Section 4 expiry rules.

   
   

6. Restrictions & Liability:

1. Credits are non-transferable, no cash value, cannot be refunded and forfeited if account suspended or terminated.

2. Company reserves the right to limit total bonus per business customer (e.g., £5,000 total).

3. Not applicable to negotiated enterprise contracts or reseller agreements unless approved in writing.

4. Fraud, abuse, or multiple registrations may result in cancellation and recovery of credits.

7. Abuse and Fraud

1. Company may cancel or reverse credits, suspend accounts, or recover misused credits in case of abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

   
   

8. Right to Amend or Withdraw

1. Company may amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion as necessary for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

2. Validly applied credits remain subject to expiry provisions.

   
   

9. Consumer Rights

10. Governing Law

• Terms governed by laws of United Kingdom; courts of United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction.
