As part of our ongoing efforts to make cloudnumbering smoother, more transparent, and more convenient for our customers, we’re pleased to announce some small but extremely useful improvements to how we communicate regarding Renewals and Monthly Recurring Charges (MRCs).
We’ve just launched automated email notifications regarding:
— Number Renewal Failed — Insufficient funds for number renewal.
— Number Renewal Forecast Summary — Projected renewal activity and spend for the upcoming period.
We're excited to be building a bigger and better product, but we're also pretty thrilled to be expanding our team too:
— We’re about to recruit a new role — our Customer Success Manager will be joining the team shortly.
— And we have opened up applications for a new tech role to help build an even more powerful platform.
We’re building upon our promise of making our virtual numbers work like “real” numbers — you can now use cloudnumbering numbers to make outbound international calls.
As well as international calls, we’ve activated international SMS too.
